◉Note: Caution should always be exercised when exposing the body to a heated environment, particularly during pregnancy/breastfeeding or if you have a medical condition, illness or injury. It is important to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water before, during and after heated classes. Consult your doctor before trying yoga and/or attending a heated class for the first time, or if your circumstances change, to assess if it is right for you. Minimum age to attend classes is 18 years; customers aged 16-17 may attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian (the parent/guardian must sign the waiver form on their behalf).
