Eclipse is a holistic wellness space created to nurture the body, mind and soul. Under new ownership, our vision is to bring together yoga, sauna, holistic therapies, naturopathy and somatic wellbeing in one welcoming space.

Inspired by the ancient wisdom of yoga and modern approaches to holistic healing, we offer practices that support connection, balance, self-awareness and empowerment.

Whether you’re looking to move, restore, heal or simply create more space for yourself, Eclipse is a place to slow down, reconnect and come back into alignment.

We offer a mix of unheated, warm, and hot classes.

Hatha classes are separated into Moon, Sun and Fire series, each with a different purpose.

Flow classes are a fusion of Vinyasa & Hatha, in addition offering Yin & Pilates.

Using infrared heating panels to warm up your body, while still allowing fresh air to circulate around the room. Heated yoga assists your muscles to open, with less chance of strain.

At Eclipse, we pride ourselves on creating a community of dedicated, passionate, kind, and knowledgeable practitioners. Each instructor has their own individual style which brings something unique to every class. No matter the variations in teachings, all instructors have the same intention, which is creating a safe space for you to experience whatever you need from your practice.

Our space is calming, welcoming, and warm.
