Founded by Stephanie Pacheco-Nunes, Eclipse was created to blend modern Yoga with ancient philosophy and practice. Stephanie is incredibly passionate about health and healing, and Eclipse is the intention of bringing together healing modalities to support you on your journey.

We offer a mix of unheated, warm, and hot classes. Flow classes are a fusion of Vinyasa & Hatha, in addition offering Yin & Pilates.

Using infrared heating panels to warm up your body, while still allowing fresh air to circulate around the room. Heated yoga assists your muscles to open, with less chance of strain.

At Eclipse, we pride ourselves on creating a community of dedicated, passionate, kind, and knowledgeable practitioners. Each instructor has their own individual style which brings something unique to every class. No matter the variations in teachings, all instructors have the same intention, which is creating a safe space for you to experience whatever you need from your practice.

Online booking is recommended for classes. With small class numbers, our classes often fill up.

For first time students, head to our timetable here and choose your first class. You will be prompted to create a profile and purchase a pass.

Once your account has been created, download the Momence app where you can book and cancel classes.

For beginners, we recommend starting with Slow flow or Yin.

All Warm Flow & Warm Hatha classes are open level and beginner friendly. Chat to your friendly instructor beforehand and let them know you are new, and they will be happy to accomodate.
